I have used the spray to help with my sleep and it seems to be doing the trick. I used it on my partner last night as he had aches from the gym and last night was the best and longest he has slept in a while.

Originally I purchased this to try out for my son who gets sore leg muscles from rowing. My husband is now using the magnesium spray as well after he finished a cross country race- thanks for making my menfolk less tender!

Ok! Let me start with this, at first, this was so tingly on my skin. But! It only lasted for a few minutes and only for two days.

Even with the tingles, it helped significantly with leg cramps at night. I've hardly woken with calf cramps since starting with this.

I like the oily texture
