For purchases made from a retailer, please refer to the relevant store for details.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided (due to hygiene) where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com as soon as possible and provide proof of damage (e.g. pictures) straight away. Please do not tamper with the box until you have spoken to our customer service team member. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging and accessories. Brillo Beauty will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.
